Hi, I'm Hesso. I live in the Philippines.
I just want to share you guys my experiences in my guitar
playing.
I sometimes forget why I'm playing this instrument, why I am here
at the stage doing my thing. Sometimes I forget that I'm doing this for God.
Rather, I think of my fame. I thought that I may go like a star and others
will say that, "Wow! His very good in playing the guitar." That's the time when I
put God aside and let pride swallow me, that I
can do it without Him.
What a foolish thing to do!
It was until that something had happened to me that I cried to God.
And I remember why this had happened to me. It was because of my pride.
Hope this would be a lesson to you guys. Don't let your pride get over you when you play the guitar. Do it for the glory of God!
